Programme Structure

Parent Sessions

🗓️ 18 Private Parent Sessions for the primary parent (50–60 mins)

  • These are normally 3 weekly sessions and one week off a month - however we can be flexible according to your travel schedule/other needs.

  • Each session includes:

    • Step-by-step experiential learning in calm presence and co-regulation

    • Craniosacral in person or distant bodywork & trigger clearing if online, for embodied change

    • Bite-sized essential knowledge about sensitive children and what they need

    • Parent-child practices to apply at home

Child / Family Sessions

👧 12 Sessions for the second parent (50min)

  • Fortnightly sessions to support your child’s unique needs, learning, and self-expression.

  • These will include bodywork and learning about high sensitivity and relating, just as above.

Between-Session Support

  • Post-session recap notes to keep you on track.

  • Email support via Client Log for just-in-time coaching.

  • Stick-on-the-fridge practice reminders.
